Hong Kong, 14 April 2026 — The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has warned of an unusually high concentration of shareholding in Modern Chinese Medicine Group Co., Ltd. After an enquiry, the regulator found that, as of 30 March 2026, 25 shareholders and their related parties controlled approximately 652.33 million shares, or 90.6% of the company’s 720.00 million issued shares. The remaining free float stands at just 67.67 million shares, representing 9.4% of the total outstanding.
