On February 26, Morgan Stanley purchased an additional 2,077,435 shares of CHONGQING M&E (02722) at a price of HK$3.3703 per share. The total transaction value amounted to approximately HK$7 million. Following this acquisition, Morgan Stanley's total holdings in the company have reached about 55.85 million shares, representing a 5.07% stake.
