OMNIVISION (00501) announced that due to the issuance of additional new shares, the conversion price of the "Weier Convertible Bond" will be adjusted from the original 161.84 yuan per share to 159.38 yuan per share.
The adjusted conversion price for the "Weier Convertible Bond" will take effect starting January 14, 2026.
The "Weier Convertible Bond" will suspend conversion on January 13, 2026, and will resume conversion beginning January 14, 2026.
