On the afternoon of August 25th, China National Chemical Engineering Co.,Ltd.'s Donghua Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhonghuaxue Digital Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. Both parties will leverage their respective advantages to jointly create new benchmarks for digital and intelligent development in the industrial engineering sector.
Meng Chenzhou, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of China Chemical Donghua Company, along with Sun Tiecheng, General Manager of the Digital Technology Company, and Wang Jin, Deputy General Manager, attended the meeting.
Meng Chenzhou stated that China Chemical Donghua Company actively responds to the national digital economy strategy and consistently drives industry development through technological innovation. The company possesses deep process design expertise, comprehensive EPC business systems, and market resource advantages. He expressed hope for deep collaboration between both parties to accelerate the practical application of cutting-edge technological achievements in actual projects, supporting the chemical industry's transformation toward digitalization and low-carbon development.
Sun Tiecheng indicated that China Chemical Digital Technology Company has deep expertise in industrial engineering digitalization. This cooperation will leverage digital intelligence technology and solution capabilities to jointly create the innovative "T+EPC+OM" model, contributing to the group company's digital brand building and high-quality development of the chemical industry.
According to the agreement, both parties will focus on smart factory, smart park, and smart construction site development, jointly conducting technological research and application innovation, co-building the "T+EPC+OM" innovative cooperation model, and providing full lifecycle services from planning and design to intelligent operations.
The cooperation also establishes a Joint Strategic Cooperation Committee and specialized working groups, creating mechanisms for regular communication, progress monitoring, and risk prevention and control.
Relevant leaders from China Chemical Digital Technology Company's Management Digitalization Department, Business Management Department, and Hefei Branch, as well as representatives from China Chemical Donghua Company's Science & Technology and Digitalization Department, Information Center, Strategic Emerging Industries Management Department, Business Management Department, and Infrastructure Business Division participated in the meeting.
