Data collected over the past 24 hours shows that on August 24, seven of China's top 11 baijiu products rose in price, three declined, and one remained flat, with the tug-of-war between bulls and bears continuing.
On the upside, Wuliangye 1618 climbed 4 yuan to an average retail price of 826 yuan, staging a moderate recovery after a high-level M-shaped fluctuation. Luzhou Laojiao Guojiao 1573 added 6 yuan to reach 885 yuan, ending its recent bottoming-out phase and shifting its price center upward once again. Qinghua Fen 20 advanced 2 yuan to 396 yuan, making another attempt at the 400-yuan threshold after a slight pullback the previous day. Yanghe Dream Blue M6+ inched up 1 yuan to 620 yuan, posting a fourth consecutive gain and hitting a fresh one-month high. Gujing Gongji Gu20 rose 4 yuan to 557 yuan, strengthening for four straight sessions and also reaching a one-month peak. Xijiu Junpin gained 4 yuan to 632 yuan, snapping a four-day losing streak and temporarily easing downward pressure. Qinghua Lang jumped 7 yuan to 692 yuan, rebounding after a rapid decline.
On the downside, Kweichow Moutai Co.,Ltd. (SH: 600519) Feitian Moutai slipped 3 yuan to 1,777 yuan, extending its technical correction. Premium Moutai fell 3 yuan to 2,462 yuan, continuing its pullback after surging more than 120 yuan during an eight-session rally in mid-to-late August. Shuijing Jiannanchun dipped 1 yuan to 406 yuan, a modest retreat while still hovering near monthly highs. Wuliangye Puwu Badai held steady, with average retail prices unchanged at 810 yuan.
The combined terminal retail value of the 11 benchmark products rose significantly today, with sub-premium offerings serving as the primary driver of gains, while sector divergence remained pronounced. If one bottle of each product were bundled together, the total price today would be 10,063 yuan, up sharply by 21 yuan from yesterday and marking the highest level in five days.
Daily price data is sourced from approximately 200 collection points distributed across major regions nationwide, including designated distributors, social distributors, e-commerce platforms, and retail outlets. Raw sampling data reflects actual transaction prices at the terminal retail level over the past 24 hours, aiming to provide an objective, scientific, and fully traceable reference for the market prices of major baijiao products.
With the official iMoutai platform launching Feitian Moutai at 1,499 yuan per bottle (raised to 1,539 yuan on March 31 and further to 1,639 yuan on July 18), and Premium Moutai at 2,299 yuan per bottle (raised to 2,359 yuan on May 16), the magnetic influence of this new sales channel on both products' average terminal retail prices has become increasingly evident. Daily published prices follow a volume-weighted calculation rule, with verifiable volumes from this channel incorporated into the retail price calculations for both products.
