Longcheer repurchases 2.38 million A shares for RMB 90.08 million in July

Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, detailing a sizeable A-share buyback while maintaining stable overall share capital.

Authorised share capital • Total authorised and registered share capital remained unchanged at 522.59 million shares (par value RMB 1).

Issued share capital • H shares: 52.26 million shares; no movement during the month. • A shares: Outstanding shares fell by 2.38 million to 466.73 million as the repurchased stock was transferred to treasury. • Treasury shares: Balance increased to 3.61 million A shares.

July share repurchase activity • Longcheer executed seven on-market repurchases between 17 and 31 July 2026. • Shares repurchased: 2,375,100 A shares. • Price range: RMB 35.87–40.18 per share. • Aggregate consideration: approximately RMB 90.08 million. • Repurchased stock is held in treasury; no cancellations occurred during the period.

Employee share plan • Up to 1.23 million A shares remain available for issuance under the Employee Stock Ownership Scheme approved on 26 May 2025; no shares were issued or transferred in July.

Public float • The company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 5 % public-float requirement for its H share class.

No warrants, options, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised during the month, and all regulatory confirmations were duly submitted by the joint company secretary.
