Rongzun International Clarifies No Final Dividend for FY2025/26 Ahead of 8 September AGM

Rongzun International Holdings Group Limited has issued a clarification stating that a clerical error in Note 9 of both its AGM Circular and Notice inadvertently suggested a final dividend recommendation for the year ended 31 March 2026. The Board confirms that no final dividend has been proposed, in line with the annual results announcement released on 30 June 2026.

The Annual General Meeting remains scheduled for Tuesday, 8 September 2026 at 12:00 p.m. All other information in the AGM documents is unchanged, and the previously dispatched proxy form continues to be valid.

As of the date of the clarification, the Board consists of one executive director—Dr. Hiroshi Kaneko, two non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
