Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited disclosed that Weiss Asset Management LP acquired 2.27 million shares on 16 July 2026 at an average price of USD 0.4155 per share. The purchase increases Weiss Asset Management’s aggregate position to 508.53 million shares, equivalent to 5.47 % of the company’s issued share capital.

Under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, the transaction was reported as Continental Aerospace proceeds with a proposed delisting. Weiss Asset Management is classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company and executed the trade for discretionary investment clients. The asset manager is ultimately owned by Andrew Murray Weiss.
