China Huajun Group Publishes AGM Circular Detailing Share Issuance & Buy-Back Mandates, Board Re-election, Auditor Re-appointment and New Bye-laws

On 4 June 2026 China Huajun Group Limited concurrently posted on both its corporate website (www.chinahuajungroup.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) a bilingual circular and related proxy form for shareholders.

Key items to be tabled at the Annual General Meeting (scheduled for 29 June 2026) include:

1. Granting of general mandates to issue new shares and to repurchase shares. 2. Re-election of existing directors. 3. Re-appointment of the Company’s auditor. 4. Adoption of a new set of Bye-laws. 5. Approval of all ordinary resolutions at the forthcoming AGM.

Shareholders who previously opted for printed corporate communications will receive hard-copy documents with this notice. Those preferring email alerts for future publications can submit the enclosed reply form, providing a valid email address and returning it to Union Registrars Limited via email, post or by hand.
