Due to the impact of the CME Group Inc system outage affecting a range of asset futures markets, the bid-ask spreads for several key U.S. Treasury tenors remained wide during European trading hours. However, trading activity appeared fragmented as liquidity thinned following the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday.
Tradeweb data showed that the 10-year Treasury yield's bid-ask spread stayed within normal levels, with the latest quotes at 3.99% and 3.988%. Meanwhile, the 2-year Treasury yield's bid-ask spread stood at 3.50% and 3.473%. Yields across most tenors edged higher, though the 10-year yield dipped slightly by 0.8 basis points.
