KEEP trims outstanding shares by 0.03% through HKD 0.20 million on-market buyback

Keep Inc. (KEEP) reported the repurchase of 145,100 ordinary shares on 22 September 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a price range of HKD 1.36–1.385 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 0.20 million, and all repurchased shares were transferred to treasury.

After the transaction, issued shares excluding treasury decreased to 495.58 million, down 0.03% from the previous day’s 495.73 million. Treasury shares rose to 14.69 million, representing 2.88% of the total issued share capital of 510.28 million shares, which remained unchanged.

Under the buyback mandate approved on 4 June 2026, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 50.24 million shares. Including the latest trade, 6.83 million shares—1.36% of the share count as at the mandate date—have been bought back, leaving capacity for a further 43.41 million shares.

A separate pool of 3.52 million shares repurchased between January and April 2026 remains pending cancellation. The company is barred from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 22 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing regulations.
