Integrated Waste Solutions Group Holdings Limited (IWS) has announced a leadership transition effective 1 September 2026.
Key changes 1. Retirement of CEO • Mr. Lam King Sang will retire as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer after ten years on the Board. • Mr. Lam will also relinquish the chairmanship of the Executive Committee and all other Group positions. • The outgoing CEO confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.
2. Appointment of new CEO • Mr. Tam Sui Kin, Chris, currently Chief Financial Officer, will be re-designated as Chief Executive Officer. • Mr. Tam, aged 61, joined IWS in July 2013 and has over 35 years of audit, accounting, project financing and financial-management experience. • Remuneration under his existing service agreement totals HK$3.45 million per year (director’s fee: HK$348,000; salary: HK$3.10 million), subject to periodic review by the remuneration committee. • His present two-year term began on 30 September 2025, with rotation and re-election provisions in line with the Company’s Articles.
