SKB BIO-B (06990) announced that on January 6, 2026, the company entered into the Bank of China Structured Deposit Agreement II, under which it agreed to subscribe to a Bank of China Structured Deposit II with a principal amount of RMB 980 million. On January 6, 2026, the company also entered into the Bank of Communications Structured Deposit Agreement, pursuant to which it agreed to subscribe to a Bank of Communications Structured Deposit with a principal amount of RMB 400 million.
