Oil stocks rose in overnight trading. Indonesia Energy up 10%; Battalion Oil up nearly 9%; USO, Sable up around 6%; US Energy up about 5%; Petroleo up nearly 3%.
Oil gained for a second day as escalating rhetoric over the Iran war raised concerns over a prolonged conflict, outweighing an emergency release of crude reserves by wealthy nations.
