Bulletin Express09-15

MINISO Group Holding Limited (abbreviated as MNSO) reported a further share repurchase on 14 September 2026, acquiring 105,648 ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange under its Rule 10b5-1 buyback programme.

The latest transaction was executed at prices ranging from USD 2.2625 to USD 2.295 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of USD 2.2834. Total consideration reached USD 0.24 million.

Following the purchase, outstanding issued shares remain unchanged at 1.21 billion because the repurchased stock has not yet been cancelled. The 105,648 shares represent approximately 0.01 % of the company’s issued share capital.

Since the current shareholder mandate was approved on 18 June 2026, MNSO has bought back 14.91 million shares, equivalent to 1.23 % of the shares outstanding as of the mandate date. The authorisation permits repurchases of up to 121.40 million shares, leaving significant capacity for further actions before the mandate expires.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, MNSO is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 14 October 2026.
