CGN POWER (01816) announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation from executive director and president Mr. Gao Ligang on December 11, 2025. Mr. Gao Ligang resigned from his positions as executive director, member of the board's nuclear safety committee, and president, as well as the role of the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, due to reaching retirement age. On the same day, the fourth board of directors reviewed and approved the appointment of Mr. Pang Songtao as a member of the nuclear safety committee, president, and authorized representative of the fourth board of directors.
