UNISOUND AI Technology Co., Ltd. announced a modest share repurchase on 16 October 2026, reducing its outstanding H-share count by 30,000 shares—equivalent to 0.07 % of the 45.11 million shares in issue prior to the transaction.

The company acquired the shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 62.80 to HKD 65.80, resulting in a volume-weighted average purchase price of HKD 64.27 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.93 million.

The buyback forms part of a broader mandate approved by shareholders on 26 June 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 4.51 million shares (10 % of issued shares at the mandate date). To date, 30,000 shares, or 0.67 % of the authorised limit, have been repurchased under this authority.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, UNISOUND AI Technology is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 November 2026.
