Bama Tea Co., Ltd. reported a major share-structure shift for the month ended 31 July 2026, driven by the completion of its H-share full-circulation programme on 7 July.
The conversion transferred 31.93 million domestic shares into the same number of H shares. As a result, issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) increased by 31.78 million to 84.77 million, while outstanding domestic shares dropped to 80,000. The total registered share capital remained unchanged at RMB 85.00 million, reflecting the purely structural nature of the conversion.
During the month, the company also executed on-market repurchases of 151,700 H shares between 13–16 July at prices ranging from HKD 20.11 to HKD 20.92 per share, adding the repurchased stock to treasury.
After the above movements, Bama Tea confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent for its H-share class.
No options, warrants, or other convertible instruments were outstanding or exercised during the period, and no new share classes were issued.
