Kin Shing Holdings publishes 2026 Annual Report, Circular and AGM Notice online; offers shareholders choice of electronic or printed versions

Kin Shing Holdings Limited announced on 16 July 2026 that its 2026 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.kinshingholdings.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

1. Access to documents • Shareholders are encouraged to review the “Website Version” of the Annual Report, Circular and AGM Notice to support paperless communication.

2. Options for non-registered shareholders • Investors whose shares are held through CCASS participants (“Non-Registered Holders”) and who face difficulties accessing the online documents may request printed copies at no cost. • To obtain hard-copy materials—or to receive all future corporate communications in print—holders should complete the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email to 1630-ecom@vistra.com.

3. Electronic communication enrolment • Non-Registered Holders wishing to receive corporate communications by email must provide a functional email address to their intermediary (bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited). • Until an active email address is recorded, Kin Shing Holdings will continue to send physical notices of publication.
