CICC (03908) announced that China International Capital Corporation Limited's 2026 perpetual subordinated bonds for professional investors (second tranche) will have an issuance scale of no more than RMB 3 billion (inclusive). Based on the inquiry results from offline investors, the final coupon rate for this bond issuance has been set at 2.30%.
