RONSHINECHINA (03301) announced that for the one-month period ended February 2026, the Group's total contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB 37.1303 million. The Group's contracted building area was about 3,207 square meters, and the average contracted selling price was approximately RMB 11,577 per square meter.

For the two-month period ended February 28, 2026, the Group's total contracted sales reached approximately RMB 255 million, representing a decrease of 59.72% compared to the same period last year. The Group's total contracted building area was about 23,000 square meters, with an average contracted selling price of approximately RMB 11,055 per square meter.
