Bank of China Approves RMB 73.46 Billion Cap for Routine Connected Transactions with CITIC FAMC and CITIC FAMC International

On December 19, Bank of China announced that its board of directors has approved a proposal to set a consolidated annual cap of RMB 73.46 billion for routine connected transactions with CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CITIC FAMC) and CITIC Financial Asset Management International Holdings Limited under the Shanghai Stock Exchange rules.

The board agreed that, in compliance with the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the total value of routine connected transactions between Bank of China and the two CITIC FAMC entities from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, shall not exceed RMB 73.46 billion (referred to as "the connected transactions").
