Linklogis-W (09959) projects FY2025 net loss of RMB420.00-450.00 million, sharply narrower than RMB835.00 million loss in FY2024

Bulletin Express03-16 22:21

Linklogis Inc. (stock code: 09959, traded as “LINKLOGIS-W”) announced that it expects a consolidated net loss attributable to equity shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2025 to range between RMB420.00 million and RMB450.00 million, a reduction of approximately 46 %–50 % from the RMB835.00 million loss recorded in FY2024.

Management attributes the remaining loss chiefly to substantial impairment charges on financial assets recognised under the expected credit-loss model during 1H2025. However, impairment pressure declined materially in 2H2025 as legacy warehoused supply-chain assets were addressed through proactive risk management and recovery efforts.

Operationally, the Group reported significant half-on-half growth in total revenue and income in 2H2025, driven by deeper penetration of its technology solutions and corresponding transaction-volume expansion.

The Board states that the improving financial trajectory underpins confidence in the Group’s future development and long-term prospects. Final audited results are scheduled for release by end-March 2026.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until the audited figures are published.
