CONCORD NE (00182) to Sell 100% Equity in Cangzhou Julong for RMB65.3 Million

Stock News2025-12-15

CONCORD NE (00182) announced on December 15, 2025, that several of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, including Yinhua Concord and Cangzhou Julong, entered into a sale agreement with Shirui Energy. Under the agreement, Yinhua Concord will sell its 100% equity stake in Cangzhou Julong to Shirui Energy for approximately RMB65.3 million.

Cangzhou Julong primarily operates a 50-megawatt solar power project located in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China. The group has adopted a "build-operate-sell" strategy, under which it constructs power plants and sells equity stakes in some of them after completion or operation.

The board believes this strategy allows the group to leverage its strengths effectively, achieve more attractive investment returns, enhance cash flow turnover, and reduce debt ratios—supporting steady and rapid development.
