On September 28, 2026, Weixin Shi's deemed interest in SUNSHINE PAPER increased following the on-exchange purchase of 520,000 shares by concert party member Wang Dongxing at an average of HKD 1.5683 per share, involving approximately HKD 815,516.

Prior to the increase, Weixin Shi's long position in SUNSHINE PAPER was 349.57 million shares, representing 32.82%; following the transaction, the holding changed to 350.09 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 32.87%.

This involves related parties: Wang Dongxing, Wu Rong, Wang Yilong, Wang Feng, Sang Ziqian, Chen Xiaojun, Wang Yongqing, Zheng Fasheng, Zuo Xiwei, Ma Aiping, Sun Qingtao, Zhang Zengguo, Wang Changhai.
