CNNC International Limited (CNNC INT'L) announced the re-designation of Mr. Wu Ge from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director, effective 6 August 2026. Concurrently, he will step down from the company’s Audit Committee.
Mr. Wu, aged 39, has served as Chief Financial Officer of CNNC Overseas Limited—the listed firm’s direct controlling shareholder—since March 2026. Before this, he held progressive finance roles at China National Uranium Corporation Limited between 2017 and 2026 and at CNNC Northern Uranium Co., Ltd. from 2010 to 2017.
The newly signed supplemental service contract grants Mr. Wu an initial three-year term, subject to rotation and re-election under the company’s Articles of Association. His remuneration will be set by the Remuneration Committee, taking into account his responsibilities, the firm’s pay policies and prevailing market levels.
The board confirmed that Mr. Wu: • Holds a bachelor’s degree in management (accounting major) from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and is a qualified PRC accountant. • Has no shareholding in CNNC INT'L under Part XV of Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance. • Has not held other listed directorships in the past three years and has no relationships with directors, senior management or substantial shareholders of CNNC INT'L.
No additional disclosures are required under Listing Rules 13.51(2)(h)–(v). Following the change, the board consists of seven directors: one Non-Executive Chairman (Li Feng), two Executive Directors (Zhang Yi and Wu Ge), one Non-Executive Director (Sun Ruofan) and three Independent Non-Executive Directors (Cui Liguo, Chan Yee Hoi and Liu Yajie).
