Oshidori sees interim profit jump to HK$297.10 million, NAV up 28% on associate gains

Bulletin Express07-23

Oshidori International Holdings Limited issued an updated positive profit alert, projecting an interim profit of HK$297.10 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The figure represents a 213% surge from HK$95.00 million recorded in the same period of 2025.

Management also expects consolidated net asset value to increase 28% to HK$4.09 billion as at 30 June 2026, up from HK$3.18 billion a year earlier.

The uplift stems solely from an upward revision of financial information provided by an associate, which boosted Oshidori’s share of the associate’s results. All other profit drivers outlined in the previous announcement on 22 July 2026 remain unchanged.

These numbers are based on unaudited management accounts and may be adjusted following the completion of the interim review. The company plans to release its full interim results in late August 2026 and advises investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
