Palo Alto Networks reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.95 for Q4, surpassing the consensus estimate of $0.89. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.54 billion, beating the expected $2.50 billion and representing a 16% year-over-year increase. Notably, the company's Next-Generation Security Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) saw impressive growth, rising 32% year-over-year to $5.6 billion.
Investors were particularly encouraged by Palo Alto Networks' strong outlook for fiscal year 2026.
