Neolix's South Korean local partner NT1 has entered a collaboration with Campertree Hotel & Resort on Jeju Island, deploying the Chinese firm's autonomous delivery vehicles in the resort's outdoor compound to transport luggage and daily necessities for guests.
The deployment marks Neolix's first entry into Jeju's outdoor resort operations, signifying a shift in South Korea from pilot demonstrations to full-scale commercial applications. Covering roughly 120,000 square meters and boasting 137 standalone guest villas, the Campertree resort opted for the autonomous delivery system to ease the burden of moving items between the front desk and accommodations.
General Manager Park Seol-hee noted that given the resort's expansive layout and scattered housing units, the system is expected to simultaneously enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency across the property.
