Traders should be aware that the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day holiday is approaching.
This will result in the Hong Kong stock market being closed for trading on Wednesday, July 1.
Normal trading will resume on Thursday, July 2.
Regarding the Stock Connect schemes, both Southbound (Hong Kong to mainland) and Northbound (mainland to Hong Kong) services will be suspended on Wednesday, July 1.
These services will reopen as usual starting from Thursday, July 2.
Separately, due to the US Independence Day holiday, the US stock markets will be closed on Friday, July 3.
Trading in the US will resume on Monday, July 6.
The mainland A-share market will operate normally throughout this period.
