EAST BUY (01797) has announced that Ms. Wan Zhe has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the board's nomination committee. Concurrently, independent non-executive director Mr. Lin Zheying has stepped down from his role on the nomination committee. Both changes are effective from May 29, 2026.
