SANVO CHEMICALS (00301) announced that on November 10, 2025, following the recommendation of the company's remuneration committee, the board resolved to grant a total of 8.8353 million reward shares to 157 grantees (group employees) under the 2023 Share Reward Scheme. The consideration for the shares is HKD 1.00, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
