Youzan Technology Updates Board Composition and Committee Structure

On 16 April 2026, Youzan Technology Limited announced the current composition of its Board of Directors and the membership of its three core Board committees.

The Board now consists of four Executive Directors—Mr. Zhu Ning, Mr. Yu Tao, Mr. Li Shaojie and Ms. Li Qingyang—and two Independent Non-executive Directors—Dr. Fong Chi Wah and Mr. Deng Tao.

Committee leadership is structured as follows: • Audit Committee: chaired by Dr. Fong Chi Wah, with Mr. Zhu Ning, Mr. Deng Tao, Mr. Li Shaojie and Ms. Li Qingyang serving as members. • Remuneration Committee: chaired by Mr. Deng Tao, with membership comprising Mr. Zhu Ning and Dr. Fong Chi Wah. • Nomination Committee: also chaired by Mr. Deng Tao, joined by Dr. Fong Chi Wah and Mr. Zhu Ning as members.

The update confirms that Independent Non-executive Directors hold all committee chair positions, reinforcing established corporate governance practices within Youzan Technology.
