As demand for computing power continues to surge, several A-share companies have recently disclosed large-scale orders related to computing power investment, procurement, and leasing.
Sinnet: Plans to Increase Investment in Intelligent Computing Center Project
On September 24, Sinnet issued an announcement stating that the company plans to追加 invest no more than 1.265 billion yuan in the Horinger Intelligent Computing Center project. After the additional investment, the total investment in the project will be approximately 2.5 billion yuan. The adjusted project IT load will increase to 90-120MW, and the total construction area will expand from no less than 93,000 square meters to approximately 121,200 square meters.
Sinnet stated that as AI large model training and inference businesses transition from the technical validation phase to the large-scale commercialization phase, demand for intelligent computing power in the northern region continues to grow rapidly. The per-project load demand from leading computing power clients has significantly increased compared to 2024. The original project's planned capacity of 60-100MW is no longer sufficient to undertake large-scale, full-formation computing power orders, reducing market competitiveness and necessitating an expansion of the project construction scale.
Sinnet also stated that the company has successively launched the Horinger Intelligent Computing Center project and the Hohhot Computing Power Base project in Inner Mongolia. The combined total capacity of the two projects is expected to exceed 200MW, capable of undertaking large-scale, full-formation computing power orders, achieving dual-center backup within the same city, leveraging the geographical advantage of the same city to better serve business scenarios with high data consistency requirements, ensuring business continuity, meeting customers' stringent requirements for high availability, and further enhancing the company's market competitiveness.
Aoni Electronics: Subsidiary to Spend 1.556 Billion Yuan on GPU Computing Power Cards
On September 24, Aoni Electronics issued an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary Aoni Intelligent Technology (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Aoni Intelligent) has signed a procurement contract with Company B. According to the contract, Aoni Intelligent will purchase GPU computing power card products from Company B, with a total contract amount of 232.26 million US dollars (approximately 1.556 billion yuan).
Aoni Electronics stated that if the contract is successfully performed, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating results for the performance year. The specific impact amount and the reporting period affected will depend on the specific circumstances of order fulfillment, subject to the company's audited confirmed revenue and profit.
Digital Governance: Subsidiary to Spend 576 Million Yuan on Server Procurement
On September 24, Digital Governance issued an announcement stating that its wholly-owned second-tier subsidiary Zhengtong Intelligent Computing (Jinan) Technology Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Company A to procure 64 server devices, with a cumulative amount estimated at 576 million yuan, accounting for 15.06% of the company's total audited assets for the most recent period.
Digital Governance stated that this procurement will provide infrastructure support for computing power service projects, help enhance computing power resource supply capacity, and improve the computing power business layout. However, it will also result in relatively large-scale capital expenditure, correspondingly increasing financing needs and financial expenses.
Xingyun Technology: Subsidiary Signs 872 Million Yuan Intelligent Computing Leasing Contract
On September 23, Xingyun Technology issued an announcement stating that recently, its wholly-owned subsidiary Changsha Xiangshuyun Technology Co., Ltd. signed an "Intelligent Computing Resource Leasing Service Contract" with VE customer. Xiangshuyun will provide computing power services to VE customer, with a service term of 5 years and a total tax-inclusive amount of 872 million yuan.
Currently, the company has completed the procurement of corresponding servers, which are being received and inspected, and delivery to VE customer is expected to be completed before September 30, 2026.
Xingyun Technology stated that the signing of this contract is conducive to consolidating the company's operational foundation, promoting the company's transformation and upgrading, and is in the interests of all shareholders and the broader small and medium-sized investors.
