On October 25, Hisense Home Appliances Group Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 000921) issued an announcement stating that, as of the disclosure date of this announcement, the total approved guarantee amount of the company and its subsidiaries, converted into RMB, is 8.0 billion yuan, and the total balance of guarantees provided, converted into RMB, is 4.87 billion yuan, accounting for 27.8% of the net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company in the most recent audited period.

All of the above guarantee matters are guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries to the company's controlled subsidiaries, and no actual guarantees have occurred for entities outside the consolidated financial statements.

The company does not have overdue guarantees, guarantees involved in litigation, or guarantee amounts that should be borne due to losing a judgment.
