On the corporate front, CN CULTURE GP announced that on July 29, 2026, it entered into a shareholders' agreement with BINGO GROUP to jointly establish a joint venture company in Hong Kong. Under the terms of the agreement, both parties will contribute capital through their respective affiliates or designated entities, with CN CULTURE GP holding a 60% stake and BINGO GROUP holding a 40% stake.

The joint venture is dedicated to providing next-generation AI-driven infrastructure for the digital entertainment industry, covering areas such as intellectual property management, content compliance, smart settlement, and copyright enforcement. The primary direction of CN CULTURE GP's business development will involve adopting and applying AI-generated content (AIGC) technology to advance within its existing film trading, production, and film-related services segments.

This collaboration represents a strategic choice for both parties to leverage complementary strengths and achieve synergistic development. By pooling their core resources, they aim to jointly build a market-leading AI intellectual property management platform, setting new industry standards for the monetization, compliance, and protection of digital rights.
