On the afternoon of April 1, Luoniushan Co.,Ltd. simultaneously conducted a specialized training session on primary business knowledge at the large conference room on the 3rd floor of the E-commerce Building in the industrial park (main venue) and the company's 1216 conference room (secondary venue). The meeting aimed to thoroughly implement the company's core philosophy that "operations outweigh management," break down communication and collaboration barriers between functional departments and front-line operations, and promote precise alignment of functional work with business needs. All employees of the company's headquarters participated in the training either on-site or via video conference.
At the start of the training, the company's Vice President Xiang Yi delivered an important speech. He pointed out three core objectives of the primary business knowledge training: first, to implement the company's core concept that "operations outweigh management" and establish a work orientation focused on serving operations; second, to break down communication and collaboration barriers between functional departments and business front lines, thereby enhancing collaborative efficiency; third, to promote precise alignment of functional departments with front-line needs, making work more practical and effective. Vice President Xiang emphasized that the current operating environment is challenging, and operational performance is directly related to the interests of all employees. He urged everyone to study earnestly, think deeply, and apply what they learned to their frontline work, improving the operational efficiency of subsidiaries by identifying and solving problems to ensure the company's stable development.
The training featured invited speakers Wang Zhiheng, Deputy General Manager of Hainan Luoniushan Livestock Co., Ltd., and Li Gang, Chairman of Hainan Luoniushan Meat Co., Ltd. They provided systematic explanations focused on the two core areas of livestock business and meat business. The training covered the fundamental knowledge of the company's primary operations, business processes, and core value in an accessible manner, helping all employees gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's industrial layout, business chain, and operational priorities.
