CHINA SOUTH AIR (01055) Reports 10.42% YoY Increase in November Passenger Traffic

CHINA SOUTH AIR (01055) announced that in November 2025, the group's passenger capacity, measured in available seat kilometers (ASK), rose by 8.68% year-on-year. Domestic, regional, and international routes saw increases of 5.55%, 9.75%, and 17.44%, respectively. Passenger traffic, measured in revenue passenger kilometers (RPK), grew by 10.42% YoY, with domestic, regional, and international routes up 7.36%, 12.38%, and 18.99%, respectively. The passenger load factor reached 86.29%, marking a 1.36 percentage point increase YoY, with domestic, regional, and international routes rising by 1.46, 1.85, and 1.12 percentage points, respectively.

On the cargo front, freight capacity, measured in available cargo ton kilometers (ACTK), increased by 11.61% YoY in November 2025. Cargo traffic, measured in revenue cargo ton kilometers (RCTK), rose by 7.17% YoY. However, the cargo load factor declined by 2.21 percentage points to 53.39%.

In November 2025, the group launched new key routes, including Harbin-Ningbo-Harbin, Guiyang-Nantong-Guiyang, Changchun-Haikou-Changchun, and Changchun-Zhuhai-Changchun, all operating seven flights per week. The group also added seven aircraft to its fleet, comprising five A320NEO and two B737-8 models. As of the end of November 2025, CHINA SOUTH AIR operated a total of 966 transport aircraft.
