RemeGen Reports Stable Share Base for June 2026; No New Issuance or Treasury Activity

RemeGen Co., Ltd. (RemeGen) submitted its monthly return for the period ended 30 June 2026, showing no changes in either its Hong Kong-listed H shares or its Shanghai-listed A shares.

The authorised/registered share capital remained at 0.21 billion H shares and 0.36 billion A shares, each with a par value of RMB 1, bringing total authorised/registered share capital to 0.56 billion shares.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 0.21 billion H shares (all free-float, no treasury stock) and 0.36 billion A shares, of which 194,144 shares are held in treasury. The company confirmed that its H-share public float comfortably satisfies the 5 percent minimum requirement for PRC issuers in Hong Kong.

During June 2026, RemeGen recorded: • No new share issues, cancellations or repurchases across both H and A share classes. • No movement in treasury shares.

Equity incentive plans approved in December 2022 and December 2023 remain in place. As at 30 June 2026, up to 2.18 million A shares may still be granted or transferred under the outstanding tranches of these schemes, although no shares were issued or released during the month.

Director Wang Weidong filed the monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 6 July 2026.
