REFIRE (02570) Completes Issuance of 1.9718 Million Domestic Shares

REFIRE (02570) announced that the preconditions for the subscription payment under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled. The company received the share registration certificate dated December 3, 2025, issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited for the domestic shares issued under the subscription. The subscription has been completed.

In accordance with the subscription agreement, 1.9718 million domestic shares have been fully allotted and issued to the subscribers. Following this issuance, the company's total share capital stands at 88.6976 million shares, comprising 31.0841 million domestic shares and 57.6135 million H-shares.
