The Putian MixC World shopping complex commenced operations on July 2nd. This development is the first light-asset MixC World project in Fujian, a collaboration between Sanxin Group and CHINA RES MIXC. It is the revitalized and upgraded version of the former Sanxin Jinding Plaza, which was Putian's inaugural urban commercial complex. The property is situated in the core area of Licheng District, Putian City.
Following its renewal, the Putian MixC World offers a commercial area of 56,000 square meters. Currently, the project has achieved a 100% occupancy rate and all tenants are open for business.
