Freetech Warns of HK$35.00 Million Net Loss for 1H 2026 After Project Delays

Bulletin Express06-30

Freetech Road Recycling Technology (Holdings) Limited expects to post a consolidated net loss attributable to owners of approximately HK$35.00 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, markedly wider than the HK$9.40 million loss recorded in the same period of 2025.

Management attributes the deterioration primarily to deferred asphalt pavement maintenance (APM) service and equipment projects. Funding for several projects was not secured during the first half of 2026, pushing execution into the second half and triggering an anticipated revenue decline across both the APM service and equipment segments.

The unaudited interim results are scheduled for release in August 2026, and the company cautioned that the figures remain subject to review by its auditor and audit committee.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Freetech’s shares.
