Zhou Hei Ya completes 6.24 million-share buy-back; outstanding share count unchanged at 2.08 billion

ZHOU HEI YA International Holdings Company Limited disclosed a series of on-market share repurchases that have taken place since 1 June 2026, totalling 6.24 million ordinary shares. The aggregate volume represents 0.30% of the 2.08 billion shares in issue as at 30 June 2026.

The latest transaction, executed on 2 July 2026, involved 136,000 shares repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 1.22 and HKD 1.25, for a total consideration of HKD 0.17 million.

All 6.24 million shares bought back between 1 June and 2 July are intended for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as at 2 July. Consequently, the company’s issued share capital remains at 2,081.07 million shares.

The repurchases are being carried out under a mandate approved on 10 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 211.29 million shares. The repurchased volume to date utilises approximately 0.30% of this limit.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Zhou Hei Ya is subject to a moratorium on new share issuance or treasury-share disposals until 1 August 2026.
