Jiangxi Qiyunshan Food Co., Ltd. (Qiyunshan Food) announced that, in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s Articles of Association, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed solely through electronic channels. Materials will be posted on both the company’s website (www.qiyunshan.cc) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk), and no separate printed or electronic alerts will be issued on the publication date.

Shareholders retain the right to obtain hard-copy documents at no cost by submitting a written request to the company’s H-share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, via mail or email (2797-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk). Contact can also be made by telephone at (852) 2849 3399 during weekday business hours.

The board, chaired by Mr. Liu Zhigao, emphasized that the transition is designed to streamline disclosure, reduce environmental impact and align with listing-rule requirements. Non-registered shareholders whose holdings are maintained through CCASS will be deemed to have consented to electronic dissemination unless a printed version is specifically requested.
