According to eprint Group Limited’s announcements dated 20 January 2026 and 10 February 2026, the circular containing details of the 2026 Tenancy Agreements — including a letter from the Independent Board Committee and a notice of the forthcoming EGM — was initially planned for despatch on or before 27 February 2026.
The announcement dated 27 February 2026 states that additional time is needed to finalize certain information in the circular. As a result, the despatch date has been delayed to on or before 13 March 2026.
