CEB BANK Moves to Full Electronic Delivery of Corporate Communications, Seeks Shareholders’ Email Details

Bulletin Express04-29

China Everbright Bank Company Limited (CEB BANK) confirmed on 29 April 2026 that all future corporate communications—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided exclusively in electronic form via the bank’s website (www.cebbank.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched as a standard practice.

To ensure timely receipt of actionable corporate communications, the bank is requesting shareholders to submit a functional email address. A personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form allows shareholders to register their details, or they may return the signed form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Shareholders who do not provide a valid email address will continue to receive only actionable corporate communications in printed form until electronic contact information is supplied. Alternatively, any shareholder can opt to receive all communications in hard copy by submitting a written request; such an instruction remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar on +852 2862 8688, Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays.
