A financial regulatory body has imposed a 900,000 yuan penalty on a rural commercial bank in Guangdong for deficiencies in its loan management processes.

The penalty details were disclosed in an administrative punishment information list published by the Zhanjiang Supervision Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. The listed entity, Guangdong Xuwen Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., along with related responsible personnel, were found to have engaged in inadequate loan review and insufficient post-loan management.

As a result of these violations, the bank was fined 900,000 yuan. Furthermore, individuals named Li Yiying, Dou Wenren, and Zou Yanghua were each issued a formal warning.
