China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited (CHINFMINING) has released a clarification regarding the proxy form for its annual general meeting scheduled for 25 June 2026.

The company identified an inadvertent translation error in the Chinese version of the proxy form. The affected item—3.(a)(ii)—should read: “重選關浣非先生為獨立非執行董事；及” (re-elect Mr. Huanfei Guan as an independent non-executive Director). The English version is correct, and all other information in the document remains unchanged.

CHINFMINING confirms that shareholders should rely on the corrected wording when completing their proxies.
