HAICHANG HLDG (02255) announced that the Beijing Haichang Ocean Park project has fully entered the construction phase. Currently, multiple foundation construction equipment is in operation, involving the installation of China's thickest acrylic viewing windows, large-scale anti-leakage work for oversized water tanks, and the integration of multiple marine-specific systems. Operational preparations are steadily advancing, with performances, exhibition designs, and other tasks also being refined.

Located in the northern industrial belt of Beijing's sub-center cultural tourism zone, the project is adjacent to Universal Beijing Resort and Gaoloujin Station on Metro Line 7, benefiting from the agglomeration effect of the Universal area and offering direct access from the subway to the park.

Spanning approximately 160,000 square meters, the project includes hotels, an oceanarium, and supporting facilities, with completion and operation expected by 2027. As a fifth-generation oceanarium, it integrates ecology, education, research, interaction, performances, art, and themed hotels.

Featuring multiple flagship exhibits across eight themed zones, the park will host interactive performances, water-screen shows, and music-dance events. Developed in partnership with Beijing Tongzhou Urban Construction & Operation Group, the project is constructed by Tongzhou Jinghang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., with China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd. as the general contractor. HAICHANG HLDG provides branding, planning, design, and biological resources, and will manage operations post-completion.

The company has mobilized over two decades of expertise in marine theme parks and specialized technical teams to ensure smooth progress alongside its partners. As a key municipal project in Beijing's sub-center, it enjoys policy support as the area's first international marine cultural tourism destination.

The board highlights that the project fills the gap in Beijing's high-end marine tourism offerings, catering to family, educational, and leisure demands. Upon completion, it will complement Universal Beijing Resort, synergize with nearby Vertex Park and sports center projects, and diversify the Wanli commercial complex, aiming to become a new landmark in the sub-center's tourism sector and boost local economic growth.
