C-MER Medical repurchases 170,000 shares at HK$0.93 each, expanding treasury stock to 23.20 million

On 22 July 2026, C-MER Medical Holdings Limited executed an on-market buyback of 170,000 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of HK$0.93 per share. The transaction cost totalled approximately HK$0.16 million.

\n\nFollowing the repurchase, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0141% to 1.209 billion, while treasury shares rose to 23.20 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.232 billion because the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

\n\nThe repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 20 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 123.23 million shares. C-MER Medical has now utilised 0.0138% of that limit. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 21 August 2026.
